The closing date for entries is 13th February 2009 when the entries will go through the first round of judging to short list to ten for each category. From those short listed entries the judges choose three finalists for each category.

Finalists will be informed in March and invited to present their projects to a panel of expert judges on 29th April 2009 in London where final judging will take place. So you will need to be available to present your initiative to the judging panel in London on this date.

At the end of judging day on 29th April we will collate the judge’s marks which will determine the winner of each category.

Winners will be invited as our guests to attend a special event with their partners in London on 25th June 2009 at a prestigious London venue where they will be presented with their prize by our guest of honour. So you will need to be available to accept your prize in London on this date.

News and photos of the presentation event will be announced in a national magazine in the summer.
